OUR MISSION
Our Mission is to end the suffering of thousands of abandoned pets, feral and breeding packs of dogs, by physical rescue from rural and remote areas of Florida.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to treat every rescued dog medically and emotionally. This includes sterilization, vaccines and microchip identification. We also provide psychological support, training and placement in qualified homes
the dog who started it all…
In the heart of the Everglades, where the wilderness meets the unknown, a tale of compassion and companionship began. Meet Lilly, the courageous canine who sparked the flame of hope for countless others. Abandoned and left to fend for herself in the vast and untamed landscape, Lilly’s destiny took an unexpected turn when she encountered Bev.
A compassionate soul and one of the founding members of Everglades Angels Dog Rescue, Bev discovered Lilly in dire straits. Instead of turning away, she saw not only a lost dog but the embodiment of a greater cause. A bond formed, and together they embarked on a mission that would become the cornerstone of Everglades Angels Dog Rescue.

Legacy of Love: The Everlasting Impact of Lilly
While many dogs have journeyed through Everglades Angels, their steadfast mission endures: turning fear into boundless love. Beyond rescue, we revive the heart's capacity to love, nurturing dogs to cherish and be cherished anew. Though Lilly’s presence faded in September 2023, her spirit perpetuates in each joyful wag, tender look, and permanent home secured—echoing the perpetual promise of rescue, rehabilitation, and unending love.
